Shipping policy

Custom tumblers, expect a 3-4 week turnaround time for Made to Order (MTO) and custom orders, excluding shipping, and a 1-week turnaround for Ready to Ship (RTS) tumblers, also excluding shipping

1. Please allow 5-10 Business days for tracking and shipment to be issued, this does NOT include weekends or holidays. Orders usually ship earlier than stated time frame but not guaranteed.  
2. Please allow 3-4 Business days for delivery after order has been shipped. 
3. Shipping may vary due to holidays or busy times of the year.
4. Any tracking issues with your package you MUST contact USPS for information.  Once package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer liable.  We can only see the same tracking status as you. 
5. We are NOT liable for stolen or lost packages.
6. Please make sure your address is correct with placing order.  You will be required to pay additional shipping charges if item is returned due to wrong address.
